A LONDON tech firm has launched a new networking community to bring together innovation leaders from some of the country’s leading companies.
Sideways 6, which is based in London, helps large organisations to collect, manage and act on employee ideas, insight and feedback. Often called ‘idea management’ or ‘innovation management’, the aim is simple: to help their clients build better companies with happier employees.
And now the idea management specialists are launching ‘Architects of Innovation’, a community giving corporate innovation leaders an opportunity to meet, share ideas and showcase some of the disruptive technology revolutionising large enterprises.
Tech firm urges sector to get creative with recruitment to improve gender diversity
A LONDON tech firm is urging the technology sector to think creatively when recruiting or risk missing out on the many benefits of a gender diverse workforce.
WM Reply, which builds world-class intranets and business solutions, believes a creative approach to talent acquisition is the solution for an industry with a well-publicised poor representation of females. Latest figures give the percentage of women employed varying from around 25% to as low as 17%, depending on the exact focus of surveys and reports.
